clearing & cleaning services: If you have (bought) a piece of property that has not been maintained and which has a lot of underbrush, small trees and other plant material that need to be removed. Naturally we work within what is permitted by Costa Rican law and MINAE (forestry department) regulations. If needed, we can help you obtain the necessary permits. clearing: Clearing the designated area of any unwanted high grass, underbrush, small trees and other organic material. The organic material will be left on the spot to rot. clearing & cleaning: Clearing the designated area of any unwanted high grass, underbrush, small trees and other organic material. The organic material will, for the largest part, be removed and placed in a designated area on the property. lawn maintenance: We don't do landscaping but we can be of service with basic lawn & property maintenance such as keeping the public road borders clean (obligatory for property owners by CR law), cutting the lawn, tending the garden, etc. Also we can plant erosion control plants such as "manillo" and "vertiver" on parts of you property where it is needed.
