The real estate desk established a Local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with reliable realtors and directly with property owners from areas in Costa Rica such as Dominical , Uvita / Bahia , Ojochal , Baru , Platanillo , Tinamasters , San Isidro , Hatillo , Matapalo , Portalon and more, providing a large array of safe properties to choose from. For representing the buyer's side, the seller/realtor pays part of the received commission to the Real Estate Desk, thus our service is absolutely free for our clients. 3. looking at properties After setting up appointments with property owners or other realtors, we go with you looking at for you selected properties. Can the owner legally sell the property? Is the indicated property size, really the actual size of the property to be sold? Can I cut those trees to open up the ocean views? The property is steep, is building without risks? There seems to be water on the lot, but is it still available in the dry season? Where can I shape an extra building space? Do I need a permit for that? Can I subdivide the property and what would be involved? What does it cost to improve the road to this property?
